Intense heated workouts can lead to increased gastrointestinal permeability. This means you are increasing your metabolism at a higher rate than you would be in a non-heated workout. Heated workouts also decrease inflammation throughout the body.

Heated workouts have many great benefits. The heat helps to have the blood flow better in your body. Good blood flow is important to maintain a healthy body.
Heat and Sweat Loss

Intense heat workout play a major factor in both sweat production and loss of essential minerals. With acclimated heat workouts increased sweat production leads to better cooling, and a lower loss of sodium in sweat.
Heat Acclimation in Heated Environments
Exercising in the heat while experiencing heat acclimation has greater effects on your body opposed to cold environments. Heat acclimation greatly improves metabolism, cardiovascular functions, and delays blood lactate accumulation.
